About Us:
We are a Franco-American team of nature and travel lovers. After several travels and studies we came across a gorgeous Tropical island on the southern Guatemalan Pacific coast.
We felt in love with this place and we decided to build a small Boutique Hotel in this gorgeous site.
This exclusive Boutique Hotel, designed by the famous architect Christopher Egan has been tastefully build in conformance with his great concern for environmental respect.

All Bungalows are furnished & equipped with:

Our French Chef, naturally composed our carte from a large choice of local gastronomic resources: fish, crustacean, tropical fruits and vegetables. We offers a combination of traditional and Mediterranean food. (Italian, French, Spanish). A cocktail-bar is at our guest's disposal.

Isleta de Gaia is located on a long island of sand between the Laguna de Chiquimulilla and the Pacific Ocean in the southern coast of Guatemala.

Reservation Policy:
A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The 10% deposit will be credited to you against the total value of your reservation. This reservation service is free. The price we give you is the same (if not better) as you would get anywhere.
Hotel Isleta de Gaia may have additional requirements and/or payments to hold your reservation up to and including full prepayment. The hotel must clarify these additional requirements (if any) before you are asked to pay the confirmation fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Unless Hotel Isleta de Gaia stipulates otherwise, after paying the confirmation fee you are free to cancel for any reason and without penalty up to three days prior to schedule arrival. Any later cancellation or a no-show will cause a billing of one night's lodging per the terms of your confirmed reservation.
